Grilled Meat Balls



Ingredients: 15 balls

600 gr minced pork
400 gr minced beef
100 ml water
3 pcs spring onion, chopped
½ bunched parsley, chopped
A pinch of savory
Salt
Ground black pepper

Method

Mix all ingredients by hand and place the mixture in the refrigerator for 3 hours to marinate.
Preheat grill to medium high, form middle size balls and grill.
Cook approximately for 4- 5 min each side or depend of the taste.
