Cheese – Stuffed Beef Meatballs




Ingredient:

½ kg ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 pepper
50 gr oats
1 mushroom, chopped
2 gloves garlic, chopped
½ carrot, peeled and chopped
1⁄2teaspoon salt
1tablespoon fresh parsley
1⁄2teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄2teaspoon fresh ground pepper

For Cheese

½ cup soft light cheese
1 small mushroom, chopped
Salt and ground black pepper
1 glove garlic, mashed

Method

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand.
Use your bare hands for best results.
Roll meatballs to about the size of a golf ball, making a small indent with your thumb to fill with cheese and then roll until cheese is covered.  
On a baking sheet covered in parchment paper, spray with a small coating of cooking spray and place balls about 2 inches apart.  Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked throughout.  Cool for about 5 minutes.  Serve with favorite sauce and salad.
