Ingredients:
120 g cauliflower
½ C sliced almonds
½ C raisins
½ C unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ C skimmed milk
½ C + 2 Tbsp honey
3 eggs
Method
In a food processor blend the cauliflower
until they reach a grain like consistency. Add sliced almonds, raisins and
cocoa powder, blend for a few seconds. Add in the milk and blend until you
reach a dark purée consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and bake at
180ºC for 25-28 minutes.
